Why?
Grazing animals are a source of locally produced, fresh food, and they can utilize areas that are otherwise unsuitable for food cultivation. Additionally, they can help prevent land overgrowth and contribute to a vibrant rural community.
How?
Monil was started primarily to provide farmers with tools to streamline operations. Today, we achieve this by challenging traditional fences with virtual fences.
The Future
We envision simplifying and improving more aspects of animal husbandry, such as providing better insight into the health, behavior, and well-being of the animals. Somewhat like a digital shepherd.

Our background
Monil was founded in 2022 by a team of engineers with expertise in microelectronics, low-power electronics, hardware and software development. From previous ventures, we have extensive experience in building successful technology companies.
