Content of the shipment
See what you package consists of.
The package you receive consists of two parts:
- The collar: A rubber strap with an integrated electronic device, a lock with length adjustment, and a bell attachment.
- USB charging station: The charging station must be connected to a USB charger adapter. The adapter is not included in the shipment, but most people have one at home. (There is one charging station per 10 collars, but if you order fewer than 10, you'll still receive one charging station. For example: 20 collars will come with 2 charging stations.)
In addition to the collar and charger, you'll also gain access to the Monil app. You can download it before receiving the shipment.
